Well this is going to depend on a few things…
- How much time you’re willing to dedicate per week.
- And how much you want to achieve your goal.
Half the battle is in your mind. It really is the hardest part. Making that decision. And it’s easier to employ a personal trainer to remove the hard part (your negative thinking and self sabotage), then taking the time to condition and re-program your brain to find the motivation yourself.
So here’s what to do next…
I totally understand that you’re more than likely going to have a budget in mind or a busy lifestyle that will dictate how many sessions per week you can have sessions.
Also, if motivation to train isn’t an issue, then you may only need once a week sessions to boost your current training.
So check out the types of packages I’m offering and give me a call to go through it. Its as simple as that.
All packages include a FREE consultation, so we can meet each other and I can find out more about you, your goals, and the problem you would like me to help you solve.
One’s enough to get you started or its all you need to boost your training. I can include a program for you to follow (as I do for all packages) for the days you don’t see me & that will fit in to your timetable, so would require some self motivation from you to get the workouts done.
This would be payable on a monthly basis, or a fixed package to see greater results which would be for 90 days!
You don’t want to be left to your own devices for as much as your current lifestyle will allow! Choosing only one a week could mean that’s all you get done – so the process is going to be that much longer. You know it, and I know it. With two a week package you’ll be seeing a difference and doing 1 to 2 sessions on your own a week with the program I give you, will mean you’ll build your confidence that you can train yourself, or you’re getting enough work in with me to make a difference if can only manage two.
This will be a 90 day package.
You’re 100% committed and you want results asap! This is a ‘no excuses’ approach and this means leaving no leeway for failure. You’re in my hands and it’s going to get you to where you want to be that much faster. Lets get the job done! And anything else you get done on your own………wow!! You’re going to look and feel even more amazing!
This will also be a 90 day package.
Bespoke packages available on request. E.g. Some very driven client’s like to train 5 days a week and there dedication is rewarded by discounted sessions.

What’s included in your package.
I’m going to need to assess you as I believe that without assessing, you’re guessing! I need to know how you move, what parts of you are tight and need stretching, what’s weak and needs strengthening, and what methods I will need to use to get you where you need to be as quick as possible in the most beneficial and effective way. This will all take place in the first session, along with circumference measuring, caliper testing (if necessary).
I will also ask you to complete a food diary so I can assess your current nutritional intake and make any necessary changes in line with your goals along with anything needed to compliment your health. This will be a gradual process in which I believe is needed to help install better eating habits that you’re happy to keep up as a lifestyle choice and not just a ‘diet’ to do until your mind gets fed up with and turns against you.
I am also mindful and respectful to people’s lifestyles, belief’s, likes, dislikes and so on, in regards to food as well as lifestyle. I will educate you with what I know and with what I think you need to know, whilst not trying to cram something down you that just won’t fit into your life. It’s all about balance. One doesn’t fit all! You don’t need to be a te-total, raw food vegetarian to achieve your goals, and (despite a lot of the benefits) won’t try and force this upon you. I’m going to suggest a few adjustments that will work, and not try and change YOU!
I’m a dedicated trainer and your wellbeing as well as goals will mean a lot to me. I shall be sending texts and emails with reminders, advice, and programs, as well as catch up calls to find out how you’re doing. Communication is key as we’re all different and I can only help if I know what’s going on with you.
I will need to assess you every 4-6 weeks to make sure you’re on the right path to achieving your goals, which also helps to keep you motivated.
